Great prices, huge store, very spacious and I use a walker or crutches so I have no problem getting around in here. Places to sit too! Great records and collectibles

Very well organized Half Price! I love the selection of vinyl, cassettes, and cds. The store was pretty busy on a Saturday, but the store is pretty big so plenty of room for shopping and walking around.

Half Price Books store is a gold mine. Excellent selection of used and new books, old vinyl records, compact disc music, and used games. Family friendly, kids love it we spend hours lounging and reading books. I have purchased several old Nintendo DS games and vinyl records. knowledgeable staff and excellent service

I am a guy who still reads books printed on paper. I listen to CD's, and I still own a DVD collection. Mainly, this is for comfort and convenience. Half Price Books is my go-to place to get all these things. The staff are the BEST. They are kind and they totally believe in their mission. If you cannot find what you are looking for, their stores' individual supplies are linked...so you can get a book - which no local library seems to have - from say Ohio, or Utah, within a week. You can usually find whatever you want...if you are patient. It's very cool! Oh... and not very expensive either. Keep up the good work HPB!

It’s a bookstore, record store, movie store, used bookstore, used movie store, used record store, and so much more. I stopped by for one title, but could see myself spending hours in this location. The store is organized neat and clean. Many of the books are preowned, but have been well kept and gently used. The prices are very reasonable. I found the John Steinbeck title that I was looking for, East of Eden, but not in the edition I wanted. However, the price was exceptionally good and I could not pass it up. Recommended.

This is the closest Half Price Books to us and the one we frequent the most. The store is always clean and the shelves are always stocked. We visited this location about an hour and a half before they closed and there were only a couple of other customers inside. Normally with each visit we find a couple of books to bring home. It's always fun seeing what rare, signed, or 1st editions they have in front of the store too.

Might be the largest half price books store in the greater Chicago area I've been to and it did not disappoint. Huge selection across all media. Staff was so friendly and asked if I needed help during my browsing. Ended up picking up a couple gems. Something satisfying about browsing a used book store like old mom and pops movie rental stores.

Such a great location I come to the store every time I am visiting! They have so many options from records, VHS, old games, collectibles, toys, and every book that you can imagine! The only thing that I would say is that some of the pricing on the American Girl doll books is off for what they actually sell for.

I love visiting this place. Especially since you can sit down an read an preview a book before you buy it. The staff was friendly and helpful in directing me where I could find what I was looking for.
